We are a brokerage, not a lender
That distinction matters, because it changes who is working for whom. A bank can only offer you what is on its own shelf — if your file falls outside that one credit box, the answer is no and the conversation ends.
We place files with over 100 lending sources, each with different guidelines, requirements and areas of specialization. Our job is knowing which lender says yes to which story, and not wasting your time with the ones that won't. Deal sizes run from $25,000 to $1,000,000+.
